Do you have plan to release Japanese language pack for non-GOTY version?

Also, does anyone know where the language packs are saved? I thought I had downloaded the Japanese language packs (via Configure > Language) because it prompted some sort of download. I did this because when I tried to click on the language pack in Back up & Extras, and change the language to Japanese, the download simply failed.

So thinking I had successfully downloaded the Japanese language pack, I switched the game language in Configure back to English and started up the game, the audio is still English. I wish we could change the audio language in-game! I was hoping to play English, Japanese and Chinese playthrough simultaneously, but it seems impossible at the moment :(

Anyone has any tips?
